I have detailed out the steps to reproduce this bug in the attached video.

Steps:
1. Create and publish a content item in English
Modified language - English

2. Translate the content item in French and publish
Modified language - French

3. Edit the content item in English and save it as a draft
Modified language - English

4. Create another Draft for English

5. When I try to edit the French translation of the content item
Error: I see a draft conflict window which lists the drafts for the English modified language

*Expected behavior: I should be navigated to the content item's edit mode in the French language.

6. Edit the French translation and save it as a Draft

7. When I try to edit the English translation of the content item
Error: I see a draft conflict window which lists the drafts for all translations - both English and French

*Expected behavior: I should see a draft conflict window which lists the drafts for the language I am trying to edit i.e English.

8. When I try to edit the French translation of the content item
Error: I see a draft conflict window which lists the drafts for all translations - both English and French

*Expected behavior: I should see a draft conflict window which lists the drafts for the language I am trying to edit i.e French.
