Version conflict does not work as expected for a content item with multiple translations

    Description

      I have detailed out the steps to reproduce this bug in the attached video.

      Steps:
      1. Create and publish a content item in English
      Modified language - English

      2. Edit the content item and save it as a draft
      Modified language - English

      3. Create a French translation and publish the item
      Modified language - French

      4. When I edit Version 2 (Draft with modified language English)

      Error: I see a version conflict window

      *Expected behavior: I should be navigated to the content item's edit mode because Version 2 contains the latest English content as we modified just the French translation in Version 3.
