Uncaught TypeError exception when removing action from Form button.

Steps:

1. Create Form using Form Builder.
2. Add Button.
3. Try removing the the default value "Select an action after form submission" from Action field using 'x'.

Issue: Uncaught TypeError: createSelectedItem is not a function exception occurs.
