Reorder ez-user-menu__items list:
1. Notifications
2. Bookmarks
3. Drafts
4. Change password
5. User Settings
6. Logout

User menu dropdown specifications:
Font-size: 14px
Color: $ez-black
Hover state color: $ez-secondary-ground-pale
box-shadow: 0 6px 6px 0 rgba(51, 51, 51, 0.3)

Place Notifications the first one and Logout the last one. Add icons:
Bookmarks -> bookmark-manager
Drafts -> content-draft
Change password -> edit
User Settings -> user
Logout -> logout
