Steps:

1. Create Editor user and Content type with image asset
2. Edit Editor’s role - remove assignment Subtree of location: /Media
3. Log in as editor
4. Go to Content/Content structure and click Create
5. Choose CT with image asset
6. Drag and drop an image to image asset field

Actual result:

There is an error `Error while creating image asset: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined`

Expected result:

User has got Content/* policies, problem is that he has imitations for creating CIs (subtree of Home) and image is created in Media/Images. So message should be more specific.
