ezxmltext -> richtext conversion: width attribute in table|tr|th elements containing "px"

    Description

      When specifying widths in CSS, you add the px denomination :

      <table style="width:400px">

      while in xhtml, the px denomination should be excluded:

      <table width="400">

      Docbook schema will validate this so conversion script should strip away "px" during conversion as this is a common mistake
