Preconditions:

An article is created.

Steps:

1. Go to Admin/Roles/Editor
2. Add a policy, for example Content/Remove
3. Add a limitation: Location and choose article from preconditions and confirm
4. Go to Content/Content structure and send to trash the article from preconditions.
5. Go to Admin/Roles/Editor

Actual result:

There is an error: `An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Could not find 'location' with identifier '63'").`

Expected result:

List of editor's policies is opened.
