If user doesn't have Content/Cleantrash policy Trash button should be inactive

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Upgrade Editor's role:

      • Policies:
        • User/Login
        • Content/Create
        • Content/Publish
        • Content/Versionread
        • Content/Read
        • Content/Remove
        • Content/Restore
      • Assignments:
        • Editors with none limitation

      2. Add new editor user
      3. Log in as an editor
      4. Create CI and publish
      5. Send created CI to trash
      6. Go to Trash
      7. Mark checkbox next to the CI and click Trash button

      Actual result:

      Error message is shown: `User does not have access to 'cleantrash' 'content'`

      Expected result:

      When user doesn't have policy Content/Cleantrash: checkboxes shouldn't be visible (like on Languages list when user don't have permission to remove a language). Trash button should be inactive or hidden.
