Harmonize "No content scheduled for publish." message within Scheduled tables in Dashboard with the same style applied for the rest of the tables in Dashboard.

Remove class ez-table-empty and add classes ez-table-no-content mb-0 py-0, in order to harmonize styles with the rest of tables when displaying no content.
