Locations tab:

When user doesn't have Content/Manage_locations, Content/Create and Content/Remove policies, Add and Trash button should be hidden.

Versions tab:

When user doesn't have Content/Versionremove policy, Trash button should be hidden.

Just like it is for example for adding/deleting URL aliases.
