The following database error appears when executing dump of the JavaScript Translations without proper database connection (e.g non-existing database):

An exception occurred in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

This prevent to finnish composer install successfully on newly created projects.
