      Go to: Admin/Roles/ <any role name>/Assigning to Users/Groups
      or
      Got to: <user>/User settings/edit button of sub-items or time zone

      Actual result:

      Save icon is the same as for Create - see attachment, please.

      Expected result:

      Save icon should be the same like for Save draft
