      Observed for Safari web browser. See attachment, please.

      Steps:

      1. Go to Content/Content structure
      2. Go to URL tab
      3. Click [+] to add URL alias
      4. When modal is shown switch the swtchers

      Actual result:

      Text on modal gets fizzy for a while.

      Expected result:

      Text doesn't change
