Description
It's not possible to edit a Draft created in other language than the currently published one.
Required setup:
eZ Platform with more than one language. Ezplatform-ee-demo is enough, but following siteaccess configuration also works:

list: [site, admin, de]
groups:
site_group: [site, de]
# WARNING: Do not remove or rename this group.
# It's used to distinguish common siteaccesses from admin ones.
# In case of multisite with multiple admin panels, remember to add any additional admin siteaccess to this group.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Go to Content -> Content Structure
1. Create a Folder in English (TestFolder)
2. Translate it into German
3. Create new Draft in German (Edit -> German)
4. Close editing window (X button)
5. Go to Versions tab.
6. Click edit next to the Version 3 in German

I'm editing German Draft
Actual:
I'm editing English Draft
