Steps:

1. Create a role with these policies:

• Content/*
• User/ Login
• User/Password
• Setup/Administrate
• Role/Read
• Role/Update

Assigment: No limitations

2. Create a user and assign it to the role from previous step
3. Log in as a user from step 2
4. Go to any role, click on it

Actual result:

Error 403 with missing Section/View policy

Expected result:

On CI Details tab if user doesn't have Section/View policy, Section table is hidden. Maybe we should hide it there too.
