Update styling for ez-side-menu & ez-context-menu bars across all user interfaces according to design specified in UI Guidelines:

• Define a fixed width for bars of 5rem;
• Reduce size of button labels to 11px, modify sides padding to allow centered labels when long titles are in place, and reduce line height;
• Reduce icon sizes within ez-side-menu and ez-context-menu to 28px.
