The translations from the new admin package need to be added to crowdin so that they can be translated there.

Given that eZ Platform has been bumped to 2.0, ezsystems/ezplatform-i18n needs to be versioned as there will be BC breaks. The current master must be forked as 1.0, and updated to be 2.0.x-dev.

Crowdin needs to be configured for the two branches.
