Steps:
1. Go to Create and choose Article
2. Click inside Intro field, click button and choose Embed from toolbar
3. Choose a CI to embed and confirm
4. Remove empty paragraph (above embedded item)
5. Click under embedded item, but inside Richtext field, then try to make richtext toolbar visible again - nothing happens. Console shows:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'contains' of null
