System URL not generated when a content item translation is added

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a content item in English and publish it. System URL is created in English
      2. Add a translation in French based on English translation and publish

      The system URL for french is not generated.

      Note: The name of the content item has to be different for English and French

      Expected Result:
      I should see 2 System URLs - one for English and the other for French.
