The simplified implementation of filtered search (EZP-28937) hardcodes the four filters in the controller, thus blocking any kind of extensibility. The implementations should be refactored into separate components in order to allow integrators and third party developers to add, modify or remove them.

The component should handle:

• Building form element(s) that are displayed, as well as the JS code required by it
• Converting a submitted filter to a Criterion or set of Criteria
