Preconditions: one more language added

1. Create an article.
2. Move created article to trash.
3. Go to trash and restore removed article (Restore under new location).
4. Go to Translations tab of the restored article.
5. Click [+] to add new translation.
6. Select both languages: for a new translation and existing to base on
5. Click Publish - there is an error:
