Due to few different problems regarding REST / API / Solr and database, the customer requested feature to add the possibility to collect information about:

• Auditing log: API actions being made, and by whom
• More detailed error logs: Specifically when network requests failing to Solr/Database/...

This issue is about the first item specifically, and this can be done using API Signals and log the following:

• user id
• signal (like PublishVersion)
• signal properties (like content id and version number)
