The Extending PlatformUI with new navigation tutorial needs to be pretty much rewritten from scratch for v2, given that UI extensibility has changed completely.

Note: In this case it probably makes sense to create a separate repo for the tutorial's code (or maybe we can even make do without a repo, as the tutorial will likely be much shorter).
