URL field type validation is not always working correctly.

Steps

1. Create a custom CT with the URL field type.
2. Create a content item using this CT.
3. Enter a short 2-character address e.g. "http://ez.no.
4. Verify validation.

Actual: Validation is negative (please see attached).
