Global form themes have a tendency of messing up with forms on the entire site, and should not be used if absolutely necessary.

In my eZ Platform Admin UI v2 install, where I've disabled global bootstrap3 form theme, due to collisions with my frontend form themes, I'm missing some styles when editing or creating content (see provided attachments).
