Customer observed error with content browse menu. When it contains a folder with lots of content (so many that scrollbar appears while browsing via content browse menu), selecting position from the bottom causes scrolling to the top of the list.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a folder
2. Create many contents inside this folder
3. Open Content Browse menu
4. Select created folder
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of existing contents within the folder.
6. Select one item - view will scroll up to the top item of the list.
