Prerequisites - none

Steps:

1. Go to Admin > Content Types > Content
2. Click Create a Content type button
3. Fill necessary fields
4. Add Media or Binary field definition
5. Fill Maximum file size (MB) with negative value
6. Click OK

Actual result:

Negative maximum value is saved and is still there when you edit content type. Validation behaves as if it did not have maximum value set, but content item cannot be published.

Expected result:

Wrong value validation appears, or value is limited to more than zero.
