Description
After creating a new Role, when you try to add new Policy, you are unable to add new Limitations to it. Clicking on "Save and add limitations" results in the following error in the Platform UI: "Failed to load 'http://your-site.dev/pjax/role/policy/5/334'". This happens only in dev environment.
Related error from the logs:

This functionality works correctly on eZ Platform 1.12.2.
Steps to reproduce
- Create new eZ Platform 1.7 installation. Use dev environment.
- Create a new Role.
- Create a new Content/Read Policy in the Role created in the previous step. Click on "Save and add limitations" to save it.
- Confirm the error described above.
