Improve style of Load more button:

[1] It should be a .btn with an extra styling class: .btn-outline-secondary and also same hover over state/behavior like this last class has.

[2] Formatting of text should follow same styling as Pagination (EZP-28461)

[3] Same behavior for Pagination applies here:

• Less or 10 items displayed: Hide Load more button;
• More than 10 items: Show (text + button)
