If browser width is small enough then right edit context menu moves to the bottom of the form.

Steps:

1. Go to * Content* > Content structure > Create
2. Narrow browser window

Actual result:

Right edit context menu moves to the bottom of the form.

Expected result:

Right edit context menu stays in the same place, regardless of the narrowing.
