Steps:
1. Create content type with specific field, marked as required
2. Go to Creating new item and choose content type from previous step
3. Don't fill anything, just click publish

Field types with no red frame:
1. image  
2. media  
3. file 
4. Image Assets
5. Form
6. Single/Multi object relation
These three above have only red frame, but wireframes show that default frame should be grey and when validation appears it should turn red (attachment)
