When moving content around, it won't clear the affected cache in Platform UI.

Technically this is because

1. REST responses are not tagged with all tags ezplatform-http-cache expects content to be tagged with, given it just provided the now deprecated X-Location-Id which got rewritten to xkey: location-$id as of recent 0.2.x release. So we will need to load the location to be able to add all expected tags.

2. Missing clearing by parent location on move operations (and a few others like swap, hide, unhide, create and update, however these don't affect UI as search results aren't currently cached).
