"Merge cells" doesn't work for a table.

    Description

      Preconditions: content type with richtext created.

      Steps:
      1. Click on Create button
      2. Choose the content type with richtext
      3. Put a table to the richtext field
      4. Fill cell with some text
      5. Choose one cell and click "Merge cells" from menu - nothing happens, console shows: Uncaught TypeError: e.getDocument is not a function
