Multi-file import: File does not upload in the sub-items table after a recently uploaded file is deleted

    Description

      Steps to reproduce the bug:

      1. Drag and drop an image onto the sub-items table
      2. Delete the image after the content item is uploaded
      3. Close the modal window
      4. Drag and drop an image onto the sub-items table

        Bug

        Instead of launching the modal window and uploading the image, it opens the image in the browser window. Please see the attached video for reference.
