The RichText editor "Plus" sign options toolbox does not disappear after choosing one of the options.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start creating a new article
2. Invoke the plus menu in any RichText field
3. Choose "List"

Result:
The toolbox does not disappear, it has oval shape and cannot be closed or invoked again in any way (for that field).
The same behaviour can be repeated for any other field.
User cannot go back to other sites without reloading the page (publishing/discarding draft results in an infinite spinner)
