For now, template custom tags require that a configuration entry is added that provides the name and template of a tag.

This can be made transparent by autoconfiguring services based on templates located in a standardized path:

Resources/views/ezplatform/richtext/custom_tags/quote.html.twig

The path should be enough to give us the name and template of the tag. Further configuration may still be added by explicitly defining the block. The template may still be left out if standardized.
