The goal of this Story is extracting REST-related namespaces to a separate ezsystems/ezplatform-rest package:

• \eZ\Publish\Core\REST\Common,
• \eZ\Bundle\EzPublishRestBundle,
• \eZ\Publish\Core\REST\Server.

After extracting, namespace refactoring will be needed. As for the file structure, we need to move proper files into: ./src/lib/, ./src/bundle/ and ./tests.

The \eZ\Publish\Core\REST\Client was never finished and should be dropped, because it's not very useful.
