As the result of an internal discussion we came to the conclusion the naming of PHP API methods performing Translation removal is confusing.

The issue and proper solution has been feasible only since we had complete implementation of two major features: removal from entire Content and removal from Content Draft (created from Published Version).

Most of the issues has been taken care of (or will be in a moment) in existing open, not merged PRs.

The goal of this subtask is to deprecate ContentService::removeTranslation (introduced by EZP-27417) and add instead ContentService::deleteTranslation performing this operation.

This method already exists in PHP API since v1.11 / 6.11 so we need to follow BC procedure of changing this.

As a follow-up, when this is done (merged and merged up to Kernel 7.0), the deprecated method will be removed in 7.0
