Current deployments on devdemo.ez.no is made using docker images build using https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpublish-docker

We would like to remove dependency to that old ezpublish-docker repo and instead use the new docker configs now located in ezpublish meta repo.

And while we are at this, we can move devdemo.ez.no from dedicated ec2 instance to the democloud cluster.
