Translations are not being indexed/found by Solr

    Description

      Using either solr4 or Solr6:

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Set your system to use solr
      -Create a new language (French fre-FR)
      -Create one article in English (a1Eng)
      -Create one translation to French (a1Fre)
      -Click on "Search" link on discovery bar
      -Search for "a1Eng". we have a result
      -Now, search for "a1Fre". We have no results when we should have had one

      If we do the same steps in legacy search, the translated object is found.
