Following from EZP-27511, which clearly states two different behaviours between legacy and 5.x, on Section Assignment when content moving, it was referred by jacek.foremski@ez.no that the documentation on legacy should be updated to reflect this behaviour:

"If the sections of the source node and the destination node do match, then the subtree would be untouched, meaning it could be anything."

Also, and according to his remarks, for the ezplatform doc it should be clearly referred that moving content from a location to another, all its subtree contents would also change Section to the target location's.
