For every native FieldType, see where we are with content editing:

• what the editing "widget" does (and does not do)
• what editing markup generated for each FieldType (in order to make it consistent so that the UI can detect them to enrich the ones that need it.

Results

Tested using https://github.com/ezsystems/hybrid-platform-ui/pull/21 to enable content creation in v2 (AGC or Admin Generated Content...)

Not editable: Author, Binary File, Country, Date, Date/Time, Email, Float, GMap Location, Image, Integer, ISBN, Keyword, Media, Object Relation, Object Relation List, Page, Rich Text, Star Rating, Time, URL

Editable: Boolean, Selection (in theory), String, Text, User Account
