Description

Currently the width of the columns in the UDW is fixed. For long titles, it's impossible for the user to see everything. The main goal is to let the user decide the width of the column. For the first iteration, we don't want to keep the history of the width for every columns. If the user comes back to the same column, he will have to resize the column again. At some point, we might introduce this feature when we will have the user preferences.

Technical

We tried the CSS approach during the previous PR, it seems that we definitely need JS to have a better user experience on different browsers.
