Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new content type that includes an eztime field type;
2. Create a new content based on the new content type, and fill in the eztime field with a test value. Used "9:00 AM". See attached "ez_support_issue_6144_screenshot_1.png" screenshot;
3. Publish;
4. See that the eztime field has the wrong date - "10:00 AM" in this test. See attached "ez_support_issue_6144_screenshot_2.png" screenshot;
The time that is displayed is one hour more than it should be, so 1:00 AM becomes 2:00 AM, 9:00 AM becomes 10:00 AM, and so on.
