The second time we create an object from a content type that has media file, a JS error is raised

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      -Create one content type with a media attribute
      -Open your browser developer tools
      -Create one content from that content type (no need to publish and you don't need to attach a media file)
      -Discard Changes
      -Again, create one content from that content type

      Here we see that we have an error in developer tools

      TypeError: this.Utils is undefined[Learn More]  videocontrols.xml:1619:13

      From now on, unless we clear the browser caches, the error will always appear.
