Steps to Reproduce

-go to ezplatform landing page
-scroll down to multi file upload and, on sub-items list, click on "choose files" button
-Select one file to upload
-In the "uploaded" list, we see that the uploaded file appears twice

After that, if we click the "x" button to close the modal windows, we see that the sub-items list is empty. After refreshing the browser, we se that the uploaded file now apepars and was uploaded twice

Note: This behavior doesn't happen when, instead of using the button, we drag&drop the file
