js error when creating media objects

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      -Besides engish create a new language
      -Create one "video" content type with two attributed:
      (Textline) "Name"
      (Media) "HTML5 Video"
      -Save the content type
      -Create one object based on previous content type.
      When we publish the object, an error appear on your browser developer tools.

      TypeError: this.Utils is undefined[Learn More]  videocontrols.xml
