During eZ Studio installation, the "composer install" step requires a database because of cache clearing.

It would be useful if a database is not yet required at this step, because there are, for example, situations when users want to use symfony scripts after composer install without a database connection. They can then create the database connection via doctrine or via installer later on, when necessary.
