When you click on an article or place then it does not load at the top of the page

    Description

      Steps to recreate the issue
      1. Login
      2. Navigate to either Places or Tastes
      3. Scroll the page down and then click on one of the sub-items from the list of Places or Tastes
      4. The error is that the page does not load at the top of the page but instead displays the middle of the page (based on the scroll from the previous screen)
