Currently if a user is an editor with a sub tree limitation trashes an item, they cannot restore the item or view the trash.

If you were to create a policy that granted them access to the item such as content read owner self, they can view the trash as long as no other trashed items exist that the user does not have access too.

Not sure what the behaviour should be here. Should users be able to view all trash items they have access to or should they only see their own?
